The Cost of Quality is a fairly hot topic right now. You probably have had discussion about what your quality costs are at your company and how do your quality costs compare to other competitors.
Or perhaps how do we convey to our customers and prospects our dedication to quality and that dedication requires a significant ongoing investment that our competitors don’t do, so our prices are going to be a little higher.
