Bluestreak’s User Viewing Restrictions™ module was designed to manage the complex requirements of the various user viewing restrictions and regulations. ITAR/EAR regulations are required by the US Department of State to regulate the export and import of U.S. military and defense-related equipment and information affecting the manufacturing, sales, and distribution of technology. CGP is the equivalent Canadian Controlled Goods Program.

It is the responsibility of the manufacturer to ensure their supply chain is appropriately certified and compliant. Because of this, our clients in the metals and surface finishing industries, who provide an additional service to parts such as heat treating, coating, plating, painting, etc. are also required to abide by these regulations. Non-compliance could result in substantial penalties, both civil and criminal.
